SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All items will be shipped within 1-7 business days from the date of purchase unless weather, internal Onzeal reasons, or natural disaster does not permit.
Shipping and Transit times begin after order is processed.
All orders ship from Novato, California.
Priority and Overnight Orders are processed same day if received by shipping cut-off time of 2pm.
Orders may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control.

International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: A shipment that is refused for any reason, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do not refund original shipping charges for orders that are refused for delivery at customs.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Onzeal is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once an order has been shipped. If there is an issue where a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we will contact the carrier and file a claim. If the claim is denied and the package cannot be recovered, we will not replace or refund any lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Onzeal purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return an item please reach out to us through our "Contact Us" page and we will respond as soon as possible with the instructions to follow.
- Once the return is approved to ship, customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Once your return is received and approved, we will issue your refund.
- If the return is denied your original item will be shipped back to you.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
We are unable to provide exchanges for international orders at this time. Should you require a different size, color, or item you have received, please return your order following the instructions above and place a new order for your desired item on our website at shoponzeal.com.
